What I tried...
I have tried small companies, simple ones like Joist, or Seven. They work great for simple tasks...
I have tried Service Titan, House Call Pro...I found them complicated, and not overly user friendly.
I tried some mid range ones... like Markate... Now I used this one for some time...good, but.... does not allow you to grow and everything is a addon.
I now use Jobber.
WHY I USE JOBBER
We use Jobber for one reason...all in one.
My Techs can use the app, and see and track in real time. Expenses, Time, Notes, Pictures.
The main reason... they can implement all the collected info into the Job.. which means only one thing...
We now are able to track to that job...expenses, time, notes, pictures. My office staff is spending way less
time compiling all the info, for final billing . This alone has saved my company hours every week, just in office man hours.
Jobber is a complete system...One thing they have done well, is look after the fine points...the little things if you will...
Capturing the info to the job... I find it to be better than all the others I have tried. And I have tried a few in my days...
I honestly dont't care what CRM you choose..... CHOSE ONE... LEARN IT...
The system isn't what makes you money.
CONSISTENCY DOES.
